Order Configuration

Shipment Statuses which allow Order editing can be accessed via System Configuration under the Settings tab. Lead times and cutoff times are dependent on shipment status, examples of which appear in figure 2.

Click System Configuration in the Settings tab.

This will bring up the all options pertaining to Shipment Statuses that allow Order Editing.

Determine which Shipment Statuses that allow Order Editing and click the required boxe(s) (multiple selections can be made). In the example below, Packing in progress has been selected.

Click Save.
